Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms and public areas in accordance with brand standards and safety regulations.

You will report hazards, shortages and malfunctions to management and assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed. This role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned rooms and tasks.
• Strong guest and team communication skills.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Walk all assigned spaces at the start and end of shift; remove newspapers, trash, empty ash receptacles and note areas needing immediate cleaning.
• Clean public areas including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, glass cleaning and trash removal; clean public elevators; restrooms and restock supplies; perform quality checks on public space televisions, telephones and lamps.
• Clean offices as assigned.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Promptly report emergencies, injuries, missing articles, damage, mechanical problems and safety hazards to housekeeping management.
• Promptly turn in left items from public spaces for Lost and Found; assist with duties of Houseperson, Room Attendant or Laundry Attendant as assigned.
