TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

You will clean rooms, bathrooms, restock supplies, handle lost and found, and interact with guests professionally while following safety procedures. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required to accommodate hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related role.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned rooms and tasks.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Room cleaning: clean guest rooms to established standards.
• Bathroom maintenance: sanitize fixtures and surfaces.
• Surface cleaning: dust and wipe furniture and decor.
• Restocking: refill toiletries, towels and linens.
• Trash removal: empty bins and replace liners.
• Floor care: sweep, mop and vacuum carpets and floors.
• Report maintenance issues to the proper staff.
• Lost and found: report items to supervisor.
• Guest interaction: respond to requests professionally.
• Privacy and security: follow procedures to protect guests.
