Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to support the housekeeping team in guest rooms and public areas. You will restock supplies, handle linens, assist with cleaning tasks, and respond to guest requests to maintain a comfortable environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a positive attitude. Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and Time management skills.
• Proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Weekends, Nights and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supply management: Assist restocking housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens.
• Unload and organize incoming supply orders and ensure supplies are available.
• Trash removal: Collect and dispose of trash from guest rooms, hallways and public areas.
• Linens and towels: Collect dirty linens and towels; deliver clean linens to carts/storage.
• Answer guest request calls pertaining to housekeeping matters.
• Assist housekeepers with cleaning tasks, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
