Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa is seeking a Lobby Lounge Busser to join our team in Monterey, CA. This regular part-time position supports the Lobby Lounge by assisting bartenders and servers, keeping the area clean, and ensuring timely service to guests.

The role requires excellent guest service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Pay is $18.90 per hour plus gratuities, with varying shifts as needed by hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides friendly service.
• Sets and clears tables according to hotel standards.

• Carries dirty dishes to the kitchen.
• Maintains clean and stocked lobby lounge area.
• Performs opening/closing side work.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
