Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking Hotel Valet Attendants for a luxury hotel in Downtown Monterey, CA. This part-time role requires weekend availability and offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour plus cash tips.

Shifts are PM and flexibility is needed to support guest experiences at The Clement’s upscale property. Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and sharing local recommendations while maintaining a professional, polished appearance

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, confident, professional communication.
• Passion for hospitality and guest connections.
• Experience in valet, bell service, or luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on arrival and departure, setting a welcoming tone.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, handling guests' property with care.
• Provide parking information, directions, and local recommendations.
• Assist with luggage and help guests feel at ease.
• Maintain a polished uniform and uphold personalized service standards.
• Be active outdoors, standing/walking, and assist as needed.
