A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Culinary school or apprenticeship training is a welcome plus.
Three years in a supervisory culinary role, with sound knowledge of meat and fish fabrication, saucier technique, and the operational rhythm of scheduling and ordering. Banquet experience is a strong advantage.
Current Maricopa County Food Handler Card.
