Job summary

The Ballantyne is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby and public areas. You will clean, sanitize, and restock supplies to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, and promptly addressing issues while maintaining inventory and following safety procedures. Some shifts may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize lobby areas, floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner; assist with inquiries.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed; report issues promptly.
