Job summary

The Ballantyne is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. You will partner with the Housekeeping team to ensure a comfortable, memorable guest stay—including bed making, linen changes, bathroom sanitizing, and replenishing amenities.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and public areas, assisting with laundry, and supporting inventory control. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, make beds, change linens, replace towels.
• Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
• Guest Service: Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional manner; report maintenance issues.
• Other Duties: Assist with laundry; participate in inventory control; perform other duties as assigned.
