Arhaus, a leading home furnishings brand, seeks a Concierge Security Officer to greet employees and guests, manage lobby access, and help maintain a safe environment in our corporate headquarters lobby.

The role combines concierge warmth with vigilant security, requiring strong communication, situational awareness, and de‑escalation skills to protect people and assets while preserving a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in hospitality, corporate concierge, customer service, or security roles.
• Experience in corporate security or protective services preferred.
• Training in de‑escalation, conflict resolution, or security operations a plus.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk Engagement & Guest Services: Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Access Control & Lobby Security: Manage entry, monitor access procedures, and escort visitors as needed.
• Surveillance & Monitoring: Observe cameras and lobby activity, identify unusual behavior.
• Incident Response & De-escalation: Respond calmly, de‑escalate, and coordinate with authorities when required.
• Operational Support: Maintain records of visitors and security-related activities.
