Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Lobby Attendant to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public hotel areas. You will support the guest experience by keeping lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces clean, stocked, and guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Strong emphasis on cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Friendly, helpful demeanor with guests and teammates.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift during shifts.
• Housekeeping/janitorial experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the lobby, hallways, elevators, and public restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash as needed.
• Restock restroom supplies and monitor cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Assist guests with directions or service needs when asked.
• Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, closets, and storage spaces.
• Support housekeeping with additional tasks as required.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel cleanliness standards.
