Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Orlando seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager for The Lobby Bar, a high-volume lounge in the main lobby area. You will supervise daily operations and lead a team to deliver a luxury guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage quality across beverage and service standards in a dynamic resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Lobby Bar to ensure standards are met.
• Be visible in the operation, recognize staff, handle guest requests and resolve issues.
• Describe and ensure quality of all beverages, coffee, tea, wine, beer and spirits in two environments.
• Oversee labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting and inventory control.
• Attend meetings to ensure coordination between departments.
• Observe facilities and equipment and propose improvements as needed.

The Opportunity:

Food & Beverage Manager- The Lobby Bar

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager. You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for The Lobby Bar located on our main lobby level. The Lobby Bar is a high-volume lounge that is the ‘heart’ of our resort guest experience. Primarily focusing on dinner and lounge service, The Lobby Bar is also open during select breakfast and lunch periods.

Responsibilities:

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Resort’s main lobby lounge & coffee shop outlets, to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for each respective outlet operation.

• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

• Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of coffee, tea, wine, beer and spirits in two neighboring environments dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for guests and patrons alike.

• Oversee labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.

• Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
