Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Willing to learn and be fast on their feet.

• Able to pass a background check.
• All areas are kept clean and immaculate.
• Welcome guests and attend to their every need while assisting the server with various needs.
• Product knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings.
• Monitor guests' needs and assist in all phases of the operation.
• Reset tables, clear tables, run food, room turnover, and proper maintenance of tables and storage areas both in the front and back of the house.
• Know daily activities and house count and hours of operation of each outlet.
• Knowledge of all menu items, specials, 86'd items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections.
• Knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, proper table set-ups, room capacity, hours of operation, price range and dress code.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; thorough.
• Daily prep work, table maintenance, teamwork, and learning environment.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with guests and teammates.
• Upholds resort policies.
• All other duties as assigned.
