Job summary

Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Server Assistant to help prepare the dining room and back of the house for service. You will welcome guests, assist servers, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.

The role requires teamwork, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment. Responsibilities include maintaining menu knowledge, assisting with delivering food, and upholding the resort’s cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Willing to learn and be fast on feet.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Must pass background check.
• Maintain clean and immaculate areas.
• Know menu and beverages.
• Assist servers and monitor guest needs.
• Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and stand during shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room and back of house for service.
• Welcome guests and assist servers with guest needs.
• Reset tables, clear tables, and run food.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, and beverages.
• Uphold resort policies and maintain cleanliness.
• All other duties as assigned.
