Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; upscale hotel, cocktail bar, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage service standards.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move bar supplies as needed.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, coffee beverages, and non-alcoholic offerings according to established recipes and service standards.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests at the bar and in the lounge.
• Develop knowledge of the Lobby Bar's beverage program, food offerings, seasonal features, and hotel amenities.
• Guide guests through beverage selections and make recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Enter orders and process transactions using the POS system.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service practices.
• Collaborate with food runners, servers, culinary team, and leadership for seamless service.
