Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a part-time Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and order of the hotel’s lobby and public spaces. You will create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates while working on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The ideal candidate should have prior housekeeping or hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Description

As a Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the hotel’s lobby and public spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room.
• Replenish supplies and remove trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces.
• Assist with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds.
• Communicate suite status changes with the Front Desk and courteously respond to guest requests.
• Support pool and spa upkeep in compliance with health and safety regulations.
