Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Lobby Attendant in Atlanta to maintain lobby and public spaces. The role requires 6 months of cleaning experience in hotels, with availability to work weekdays and weekends. Shifts run 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and the position is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby areas, glass doors, registration desk, and surrounding spaces.
• Clean restrooms: sinks, toilets, floors; replenish supplies as needed.
• Service pool area: clean doors, wipe tables, take out trash, replenish supplies.
• Clean exercise room: mirrors, equipment, trash, and glass doors.
• Clean guest laundry areas and machines; assist with laundry as needed.
• Support laundering by handling excess laundry when required.

Must have availability to work weekdays & weekends.

Shift times: 6am to 2:30pm or 3pm 11:30pm

Minimum of 6 months' of cleaning public areas or full-service hotels required.

Our Lobby attendant is responsible to maintain the lobby and public space areas, as assigned by management, in a clean and orderly condition according to standard procedures in a safe, accident-free manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1.Overall cleanliness of lobby areas: Clean all fingerprints off glass doors, Registration Desk and run vacuum cleaner.
• 2. Public Restrooms Clean Sink, Toilet, Mop Floor - Replenish supplies as needed.
• 3. Pool Area Replenish supplies as needed take out all the trash clean glass doors and any residue from the tables.
• 4. Exercise Room clean all mirrors, wipe all equipment take out trash run vacuum cleaner clean glass doors.
• 5. Guest Laundry clean washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed.
• 6. Help with excessive laundry when required.
• 7. General cleaning of offices and Front Office areas.
• 8. Associate bathroom clean sink, toilet, mop the floor. Replenish toilet paper and paper towels as needed.
• 9. Communicate changes in suite status with the Front Desk.
• 10. Assist the Chief Engineer in resolving guest complaints concerning the Maintenance Department.
• 11. Deliver cribs, roll‑away beds and various related items to suites as requested by supervisor or guest. Making notations on various logs where these amenities have been delivered - i.e. cribs and roll‑away beds locations must be recorded in the Log Book at the Front Desk.
• 12. Responsible for knowing hotel emergency procedures.
• 13. Accommodate guest special requests courteously.
• 14. Ensure swimming pool and spa maintenance duties are performed according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations.
