Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/bwicchh-hilton-baltimore/) is seeking to expand their Housekeeping team by hiring a Lobby Attendant. The role involves cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests, with the goal of delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring financial profitability.

Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cleaning or janitorial experience, preferably in a hotel environment, and must have full availability to work a flexible schedule. This position offers a great opportunity for those beginning their career in hospitality.

Pay Rate: $18.54 - $20.60 per hour

Shift Pattern: Morning, Mid, and Evening shifts, starting as early as 7 AM and ending as late as 11:30 PM. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, hallways, elevators, offices, and conference rooms
• Performing dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, washing windows, and trash removal
• Greeting guests courteously
• Conducting deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assisting with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms when required
