The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a motivated Server Assistant to join their team! This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, with close access to museums, the National Aquarium, and connected to the Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk.

Ideal candidates have previous high-volume restaurant experience as a server assistant or similar role. We seek reliable individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern: Shifts may include AM, PM, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Pay Rate: $18.54-20.60 per hour

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Server Assistant, responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting in delivering outstanding guest service. Specific tasks include:

• Setting and preparing tables, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting defects
• Maintaining and cleaning food stations
• Assisting servers with beverage and bread service
• Transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
