Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Lobby Attendant at the DoubleTree Durham 208 location to maintain clean public spaces and support hotel operations. You will greet guests warmly, protect flooring, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Under supervision, you’ll follow cleaning procedures, stock carts, and collaborate with departments to keep areas fresh and safe. Prior housekeeping exposure and a HS diploma are preferred for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background check required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect public spaces to keep a high level of appearance.
• Stock cleaning cart with supplies for shift.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and buff hotel floors.
• Greet guests warmly and address inquiries.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
