Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a friendly Public Area Attendant to maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment. You will greet guests, keep public areas tidy, and assist guests while upholding our high standards.

Ideal candidates are dependable, take pride in their work, and enjoy creating positive first impressions. Schedule includes AM and PM shifts, with opportunities for advancement across the hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Job description

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and polished environment for all guests. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and organizing public areas, responding to guest needs, and ensuring the lobby and surrounding spaces consistently reflect our high standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, take pride in their work, and enjoy creating positive first impressions.

Schedule: AM and PM shifts available

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the first impression of our hotel, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable in our beautifully maintained lobby.
• Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, keeping the lobby clean and organized, and providing assistance as needed.
• You will report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
• A career as a Public Area Attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front desk agent, concierge, or even a management position in hotel operations.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
