Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the appearance of public hotel areas and assist guests. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, lobby areas, restrooms, entrances, fitness center, and pool, as well as addressing guest requests and completing daily checklists.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused hotel environment, while maintaining composure under pressure and adhering to hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Clean Public Areas which include lobby, restrooms, entrances, fitness center and pool.
• Clean guests’ rooms as needed.
• Handle all guest requests.
• Complete daily assignment check list and submit to supervisor at the end of the day.
• At the end of the shift, turn in all keys and assignment sheets to the Housekeeping or Front Office.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Attend meetings as required by management.
• Perform other duties as requested by management
