Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant to keep public spaces clean and welcoming. You will help ensure lobbies, hallways, restrooms are spotless and guest-ready.

This role keeps you active, supports the guest experience, and offers growth within housekeeping and hotel operations. Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Friendly and helpful with guests and teammates.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobby areas, hallways, elevators and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and remove trash as needed.
• Restock restroom supplies and monitor cleanliness during shift.
• Assist guests with directions or service needs when asked.
• Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas and storage spaces.
• Support housekeeping with additional tasks as required.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hotel cleanliness standards.

The Role

As a Lobby Attendant, you help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas throughout the hotel. You support the guest experience by ensuring lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces are clean, stocked, and guests ready at all times.

What You Will Be Doing

• Clean and maintain the lobby, hallways, elevators, and public restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash as needed
