Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the lobby and public spaces in a clean, safe condition according to standard procedures.

This full‑time role requires a minimum of 6 months’ cleaning experience in hotels or public areas, and availability to work weekdays and weekends with shifts from 6am–2:30pm or 3pm–11:30pm.

Salary is $16 per hour; applicants must submit a resume. Concord offers an employer‑provided benefits package and a drug‑free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Overall cleanliness of lobby areas; vacuum floors and clean glass doors.
• Clean public restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and remove trash.
• Clean exercise room and equipment; empty trash.
• Service guest laundry; operate washers/dryers and floors.
• Assist with additional laundry as needed.
• General cleaning of offices and Front Desk areas.
• Clean associate bathrooms and replenish essentials.
• Communicate suite status changes to Front Desk.
• Assist Chief Engineer with guest maintenance issues.
• Deliver cribs/roll-away beds and log locations.
• Know hotel emergency procedures.
• Accommodate guest special requests courteously.
• Ensure pool/spa maintenance complies with health regulations.

Shift times: 6am to 2:30pm or 3pm 11:30pm

Our Lobby attendant is responsible to maintain the lobby and public space areas, as assigned by management, in a clean and orderly condition according to standard procedures in a safe, accident-free manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 1.Overall cleanliness of lobby areas: Clean all fingerprints off glass doors, Registration Desk and run vacuum cleaner.
2. 2. Public Restrooms Clean Sink, Toilet, Mop Floor - Replenish supplies as needed.
3. 3. Pool Area Replenish supplies as needed take out all the trash clean glass doors and any residue from the tables.
4. 4. Exercise Room clean all mirrors, wipe all equipment take out trash run vacuum cleaner clean glass doors.
5. 5. Guest Laundry clean washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed.
6. 6. Help with excessive laundry when required.
7. 7. General cleaning of offices and Front Office areas.
8. 8. Associate bathroom clean sink, toilet, mop the floor. Replenish toilet paper and paper towels as needed.
9. 9. Communicate changes in suite status with the Front Desk.
10. 10. Assist the Chief Engineer in resolving guest complaints concerning the Maintenance Department.
11. 11. Deliver cribs, roll-away beds and various related items to suites as requested by supervisor or guest. Making notations on various logs where these amenities have been delivered - i.e. cribs and roll-away beds locations must be recorded in the Log Book at the Front Desk.
12. 12. Responsible for knowing hotel emergency procedures.
13. 13. Accommodate guest special requests courteously.
14. 14. Ensure swimming pool and spa maintenance duties are performed according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations.
