Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Concierge to assist guests, customers, and tenants with business and personal needs in a designated building.

You will greet entrants, log requests, arrange activities, and deliver world-class service while maintaining security procedures and building strong local recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all entrants; greet with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Record and log service requests and track statuses; provide admin aid to management as needed.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities; respond to requests promptly.
• Deliver world-class service; encourage referrals of guests and tenants.
• Build and maintain a database of local recommendations: transport, dining, entertainment.
• Follow security and emergency procedures; notify parties to ensure safety.
• Acknowledge inquiries/complaints; provide solutions professionally.
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to meet team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to help the team meet objectives.
• Direct impact on team and related teams' objectives.
• Ensure outcomes positively impact customer objectives.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Concierge, you will assist guests, customers, and tenants with business and personal needs. This includes making reservations, scheduling transportation services, and providing recommendations on local attractions.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Record and log service requests and track the statuses. Provide administrative aid to management as needed.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. Respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility. Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location.
• Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations. This includes preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment, etc.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
• Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
• Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
