Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Indiana to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services and payments. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and achieving performance targets across sales, collections, tax, and branch operations.

Compensation is $16–$18 per hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities; total earnings increase with branch performance and individual results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, payments, and account questions.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and balance cash deposits.
