Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Idaho to drive loan sales and manage delinquent accounts. You will perform daily outbound calls, meet customers in person, assist with tax services, and close loans while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, collections or customer service with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound customer outreach for collections, tax services, and new business development.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products and services.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records, including credit denial letters and tax docs.
• Handle and balance cash and complete bank runs for deposits.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
