Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist with tax returns in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will perform daily outbound calls, close loans, and provide tax services while delivering excellent customer service. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required; compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and current insurance.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and issue resolution.
