Job summary

Mindlance is seeking an experienced training professional in Charlotte, NC to design, develop, and deliver training for highly complex platforms. The role covers creating facilitator guides, updating existing materials, and supporting both onboarding and ongoing releases.

The ideal candidate quickly learns new systems, thrives under tight deadlines, and collaborates across roles to ensure effective training outcomes. Hybrid work arrangement and cross-functional collaboration are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and facilitating complex training programs for diverse end-users.
• Delivery of training on complex systems with frequent release cycles and updating materials.
• Experience supporting complex system rollouts and designing training for highly complex platforms.
• Training on highly technical software systems with ongoing enhancements.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and apply updates.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Articulate 360, WalkMe, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia and Genially.
• Collaborates as facilitator, co-facilitator, simulation runner, and training support.
• Proficient in hands-on sandbox environments.
• Self-directed and motivated, able to work independently.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Apply critical thinking scenarios to weigh options for best outcomes.
• Commercial Banking experience.
• LoanIQ experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials for complex systems.
• Deliver training sessions on complex platforms with frequent releases.
• Support system rollouts and coordinate training for new features.
• Facilitate and support training in multiple roles (facilitator, co-facilitator, simulation runner).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with release cycles.

Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension/Conversion)

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experienced in developing and facilitating complex training programs for diverse end-users, from front-line staff to operations, including creating facilitator guides and updating existing materials and develop new materials.
• Must have experience delivering training on complex systems with frequent release cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), including continuously updating training materials.
• Must have experience supporting complex system rollouts and designing training programs for highly complex platforms.
• Skilled in training on highly technical software systems with ongoing enhancements, supporting both onboarding and ongoing releases.
• Quick to learn new systems and apply updates to training.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Articulate 360, WalkMe, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Genially
