Loan IQ Specialist – Finance Change the Bank Group

Looking for a hands‑on Loan IQ Specialist with an accounting background to assist with the implementation of Loan IQ and related project deliverables. The position sits in the Finance Change the Bank Group and will focus on finance‑related aspects of the implementation.

The role supports and collaborates with Product Control, Accounting, Treasury, IT, Project Management, and Operations, implementing best practices, streamlining workflows and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the implementation of the Finance Target Operating Model and conduct end‑to‑end testing to ensure controls are in place.
• Understand Loan IQ data elements and translate requirements to IT for report development.
• Identify and analyze current pain points and deficiencies, and propose solutions for improvement.
• Coordinate with Finance, Technology, Program Management, and Operations on program deliverables.
• Create and validate test cases, working with finance owners to execute them.
• Raise risks, issues, and dependencies; provide production‑release support.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience (minimum equivalent to Vice President).
• 5–7 years of specialized Loan IQ experience (additional years of overall Finance/Accounting experience welcomed).
• Proven experience in Loan IQ implementations and hands‑on use of Loan IQ.
• Strong business requirements documentation skills.
• Experience defining target operating models.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent test‑case creation and validation skills.
• Effective risk/escalation management.

Salary and Location

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (or New York, NY – options may apply).
