Apex Systems is seeking a senior LoanIQ Technical Business Analyst to lead techno-functional initiatives in Irving, Texas, onsite. You will work with developers, business users, and other systems to optimize onboarding integrations and data flows related to LoanIQ.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating them into epics and user stories, managing the backlog in JIRA, and conducting integration and UAT testing while engaging with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Systems Data or Design.
• Senior techno-functional BA with LoanIQ focus.
• Experience with data mapping and data flows in integrations.

Job Title: LoanIQ Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview

This is a senior techno-functional LoanIQ Business Analyst position. We are seeking an expert to develop or influence initiatives for complex business and technical needs related to Technology Business Systems Consulting. The role focuses on automating data flows for onboarding integration and requires an individual who has operated on the technology side, working directly with developers, business users, and other systems integrating into LoanIQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative business solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, and user stories within an Agile framework.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog using JIRA.
• Develop processes for data mapping, process mapping, and gap analysis for LoanIQ integrations.
• Work directly with developers on system-to-system integrations and data flows.
• Conduct integration, interface, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Engage strategically with client personnel and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Skills and Expertise

• Hands-on LoanIQ product expertise.
• Experience as an Agile Product BA or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of the LoanIQ data model and data mapping.
• Demonstrated experience with LoanIQ integrations, implementations, or conversions.
• Proficiency in commercial and syndicated lending processes, including underwriting, servicing, funding, and loan onboarding.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Technical Skills

• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge of APIs and system-to-system integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating a lending system (such as AFS/AFS Vision) into LoanIQ.
• Direct experience performing end-to-end process/gap analysis for a platform conversion.
