Job summary

Round Rock Toyota is seeking a knowledgeable Loaner Rental Agent to join our dealership team. You will ensure courteous loaner and rental vehicles are provided according to policy, and you will manage checkout/return processes with accuracy.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including inventory support, documentation of vehicle conditions, and coordination with other departments for seamless service.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; six months or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Associate degree; one year of related experience; experience in customer service, retail or rental car company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring loaner and rental vehicles are received and returned per policy.
• Check out and in loaner vehicles and document any required maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide world-class service and accuracy in charges for damages, tickets, or tolls.

Required Education and Experience
