Job summary

Round Rock Toyota is seeking a knowledgeable Loaner Rental Agent to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will check out and return loaner vehicles, maintain fleet readiness, and assist customers with courtesy rentals in a fast-paced environment.

We value reliability, strong communication, and teamwork. The role includes documentation of vehicle maintenance and coordination with service teams to ensure vehicle readiness for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; six months or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent; one or more years of related experience and/or training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner and assist with loaner vehicle requests.
• Ensure loaner vehicles are checked out and returned according to company policies.
• Document any required maintenance for returned vehicles and coordinate with service.
• Maintain inventory to satisfy customer requests and support fleet management.

Required Education and Experience
