Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Manage Loaner inventory and prepare systems for shipping.
• Communicate with internal departments and sales to resolve issues.
• Perform cycle counts and SAP transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare documentation for billing, shipping and discrepancy resolution.
• Provide exceptional internal customer support.
