Manages department inventory to confirm quality and accuracy and prepare Loaner systems for shipping. Communicates with internal departments, Sales leadership and independent sales consultants to direct inquiries and resolve issues with excellent customer service. Navigates ERP and other software systems to accurately enter data and produce reports.
