Continental Automotive Group in Austin, TX seeks a Loaner Coordinator to provide friendly guest service, manage loaner vehicles, and keep the desk organized and efficient. You will greet guests, assist with vehicle ingress/egress, and ensure vehicles and keys are tracked accurately.

The role requires standing, driving, and multi-tasking with attention to safety. Schedule includes weekday evenings and weekend coverage, with benefits typical for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys for the day.
• Organize pick and deliveries for the day.
• Close loaner desk.
• Verify all keys and loaners are accountable.
• Ensure clean and settings are set to standards.
• Park in appropriate areas.
• Check in/out guest loaners - TSD Program.
• Check in & inspect loaners on drive.
• Remove loaners from service drive and park in appropriate area.
• Wash and vaccuum loaners (automatic wash).
• Update and verify vehicle information in TSD.
• Greet guest on drive.
• Perform guest pick up and deliveries.
