Continental Automotive Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Loaner Counter associate to greet guests, assist with loaner vehicles, and maintain strict key control and vehicle updates. You will manage pickups, deliveries, and drive responsibilities with a service-first mindset.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check and drug test, and a professional appearance. Starting pay is $20/hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a drug test and have a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and loaners for the day.
• Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries for the day.
• Close the loaner desk and verify items are accountable.
• Park loaners in designated areas and inspect for cleanliness.
• Check in/out loaners and update vehicle information.
• Greet guests on the drive and assist with services.

Loaner Counter possesses excellent guest service and communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor.
