Bobby Rahal Automotive Group – Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated Loaner Car Coordinator for Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh to ensure our loaner fleet is organized, maintained, and ready for clients. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:30 AM-7:00 PM, Wednesday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

The role supports the Service team with administrative tasks, files accident reports, and handles basic office duties while delivering superior customer service to clients awaiting service

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.

• Do general office-type duties like emailing, copying, filing and faxing.

As Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh continues to grow, we are seeking a Loaner Car Coordinator to join our team! The hours for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:30 AM-7:00 PM, Wednesday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

What does a Loaner Car Coordinator do?

One of the perks of owning a Mercedes-Benz vehicle is the complimentary loaner vehicle that is available for clients to use when their own car is in for service. The ideal candidate for this position will keep the loaner fleet organized, ready and in good condition for our clients.

As a Loaner Car Coordinator, You Will

• Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.
