BBVA NY is seeking a finance professional to support underwriting across lines, coordinate with risk and origination teams, and drive syndication efforts. You will help prepare materials, manage investor relationships, and monitor market pricing trends.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in loan syndicate or syndicated finance.
• Strong financial statement analysis, modeling and DCF skills.
• Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Identify underwriting opportunities across business lines with coverage bankers.
• Determine final hold levels with Risk and PM teams.
• Draft underwriting commitments and de-risk strategies.
• Prepare LUAs to LUC and other committees as needed.
• Maintain investor database and liaise with Sales.
• Support distribution and marketing events and materials.
• Monitor pricing trends and provide loan market commentary.
