BBVA is seeking a Corporate Banking Associate to support Relationship Managers in delivering BBVA’s banking products to corporate clients, focusing on Construction and Real Estate sectors. The role involves coordinating with teams across the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia to execute transactions and prepare proposals and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years minimum of work experience; MBA is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Interest in Construction and Real Estate sectors is highly valued.
• Prior experience in either sector is preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled tools to support analysis.

Responsabilités

• Support Relationship Managers in developing, marketing, and delivering BBVA’s products to corporate clients.
• Coordinate transaction closings and prepare client presentations and materials.
• Perform Risk-Adjusted-Return analysis and prepare credit committee materials.
• Collaborate with Product teams across regions to support live transactions and deal execution.
• Maintain CRM for pipeline and profitability reporting.
