Responsibilities

• Perform loan escrow functions.
• Handle lien perfections and collateral-related tasks.
• Process Collateral Protection Insurance premiums, claims and refunds.
• Manage Debt Cancellation program claims and loan modifications.
• Oversee real estate loan disbursements and mortgage post-closing functions.
• Order and evaluate residential appraisals.
• Develop understanding of credit union policies, bylaws, and procedures.
