Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst in its Participated Servicing group. You will manage a shared mailbox, review notices, identify key details and file documentation to support downstream processing.

Based in multiple locations, the role requires attention to detail and the ability to interpret loan notices. Remote work may be possible in select geographies with occasional in‑office participation as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of participated/syndicated loan servicing.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shared group mailbox for communications from agent banks on participated loans.
• Review notices to identify key details: customers, dates and transaction types.
• File and document notices to support downstream processing.
• Identify activity such as advances, rollovers, conversions, payments and fees.
• Escalate high‑priority items to Loan Administrators promptly and maintain accurate records.
