Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Sr to join the Business Credit Loan Admin Organization. The role supports complex loan transactions across locations including East Brunswick, NJ, Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX and Kalamazoo, MI.

Core hours align with business needs, typically Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00 ET. Remote work may be allowed in select locations with approval. Base salary ranges and incentive eligibility are described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem solving are required.
• Experience with loan documentation and regulatory standards is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to process controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute varied and complex transactions per standard procedures.
• Coordinate with partners to route documents and actions to complete transactions.
• Identify and resolve exceptions; escalate when needed.
• Provide responses to inquiries and ad hoc requests with proper documentation.
• Review transactions for completeness and accuracy against policies.
