PNC seeks a Loan Support Analyst in Pittsburgh within the Credit Card booking organization. You will execute transactions, reconcile processes, and partner with internal teams to route documents and resolve issues.

This in-office role operates 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. For eligibility, an Associates degree and 3+ years of related experience are required; visa sponsorship is not provided. PNC offers a comprehensive benefits program and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

• Partner with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or actions to complete transactions.
• Identify and resolve exceptions; escalate appropriately.

• Provide responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
• Review transactions and related documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
