Responsibilities

• Executes varied transactions/processes using established procedures.
• Partners with internal/external business partners to route communications, documents or actions to complete transactions.
• Identifies and resolves exceptions; escalates where appropriate.
• Ensures materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
• Reviews transactions and related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and policy conformance.
