As a Loan Support Consultant – Specialist within PNC’s Agency Finance organization, you will be based in Brecksville, OH; Dallas, TX; Kalamazoo, MI; East Brunswick, NJ; and Pittsburgh, PA.
The Loan Support Consultant – Specialist will be responsible for back‑end operations loan work, servicing a portfolio of loans. This role is client‑facing, communicating with clients via email, phone, etc., discussing borrowing, paydowns, and interest payments. It is a multi‑faceted role that requires reporting, portfolio work, multitasking, and the ability to handle stress and pressure. Schedule flexibility is necessary; this role may need to work different hours to accommodate client needs. You will be proactive and high‑energy.
Ideal candidate will have experience with syndications background or business loan servicing experience, including loan closing documents. Prior experience as a Loan Closer or Booker is ideal. Proficiency in loan build and documentation language is preferred.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Analytical thinking, capital management, compliance, due diligence, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and strong communication skills.
Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $96,200.00. Incentive eligible. Additional compensation may be based on business and/or individual performance.
