Sun Loan in Midwest City, OK is seeking a customer service-oriented associate to process loan applications, explain terms, and manage customer records. You will build relationships, handle payment arrangements, and support branch operations while delivering outstanding service.

The role offers starting pay between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour, plus monthly bonuses, paid training, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. Growth opportunities and paid time off are also provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales, collections, retail, hospitality, banking, or call center experience is a plus.

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM-6:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM
• No Sundays!
