Job summary

Sun Loan is seeking a customer service-driven professional in Oklahoma to guide borrowers through the loan process, verify documents, and explain terms. You will contact customers about payments and collaborate to resolve past-due accounts while supporting branch operations and leadership.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a positive attitude, reliability, and organization, with opportunities for sales and referrals. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM-6:00 PM
• Some Saturdays: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM
• NO SUNDAYS!
