You’ll thrive on teamwork, delivering empathetic service, handling multiple channels, and staying compliant while supporting the life cycle of each loan from application to funding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, collections or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while staying compliant with laws.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
