Formación

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new connections and engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers across phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Demonstrate internal drive to achieve and maintain goal orientation.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
