The position features a base pay of $18–$20 per hour, with additional incentive programs based on performance and company results. Prior sales, collections, or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and results toward individual and branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and life cycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive and a goal-oriented attitude to achieve targets.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
